Our intelligent manufacturing base covering the entire industrial chain, with a one-stop solution from SMT, molds to product assembling. It can not only meet the needs of fast delivery of mass production, but also high-standard automotive-grade products of OEMs, eaisly achieving annual production capacity of 10 million pcs/year.

Delivery capability at scale

PCBA Plant

Our SMT line has introduced advanced Panasonic SMT machine with a mount speed of up to 84,000 CPH and a mount accuracy of 0.02mm, which greatly improves production efficiency. The dual-track operation is efficient and has a highly automated control system to ensure the stability and consistency of the production process.

Assembly plant

We adopt the advanced MES production management and execution system to realize real-time monitoring of the entire process including incoming material inspection, production, quality, etc., with data traceability, thus improving production efficiency and achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Hardware and Plastic plant

LIGHTCOMM has a mold-making workshop with more than 30 equipments including CNC machining centers, spark machines, wire cutting machines and 3D detectors, etc., which can make 50 sets of molds per month. Besides, we has 30 hardware injection molding machines, the monthly output of Accessories is 100k+.
